Hi, we are Mumu and Musu, two brothers who absolutely love plushies and squishies 🧸✨

Our collection started because we loved how soft, colourful, fun, and comforting they were 🌈🤗 Each plushie and squishy felt special, and we enjoyed finding new ones, giving them names, collecting them, and sharing them with each other 💕🎁

One day, we had an idea 💡 We asked our dad, “Why don’t we help other people find plushies and squishies they will love too?” 🥰

That simple idea became our little family shop 🏡🛍️

We carefully choose plushies and squishies that we think are cute, soft, fun, and perfect for gifting, collecting, relaxing, or simply making someone smile 😊🎀 Our dad helps us run the shop, pack the orders, and send each plushie and squishy to its new home 📦💌

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes! If you place your order before 12 PM you’ll receive your order the next day.

Which delivery couriers do you use?

We use trusted UK delivery couriers. The courier used will depend on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been placed.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No. We currently deliver only to customers with a UK delivery address.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund where appropriate.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

First, check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.
